Job Description

We are hiring for IRDA Reporting in Insurance domain,

Work Location : Mumbai

Experience : Minimum 6 Years

Designation : Assistant Manager

Qualification : Graduate atleast

Salary : up to 8 LPA Fixed + Variables

Shifts : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

5 days working.

Basic Function:-

1. Process entails preparation of IRDAI specific reports and timely submission of these reports to the regulator

2. Work on period end close cycle Month-end/Quarter-end/Annual for local books of India

3. Working knowledge of Indian Insurance to prepare IRDAI/AdHoc/Internal reports

4. Reconcile the reports, calculating working to complete forms and ensuring timely submission to regulator

Essential Functions:-

Requires the knowledge and ability to work on data

Indian Insurance accounting regulatory reporting experience knowledge preferred.

Ability to understand the significance of various activities in statutory/Gaap accounting close cycle and deliver results accordingly.

Primary Internal Interactions

Assistant Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and support

Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the Assistant Manager and monthly evaluation of performance

Peers(team members) for the purpose of seeking co-operation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when required

Primary External Interactions

Onshore Team Manager and SMEs for daily planning of work and execution of deliverables

Must demonstrate effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills

Strong time management and organization skills

Process Skills:-

Should have good understanding of Indian insurance accounting principles and procedures.

Requires the knowledge and ability to prepare Regulator specific reports and related reports, investigate problems and organize projects

Indian Insurance accounting regulatory reporting experience knowledge preferred.

Ability to understand the significance of various activities in an Indian insurance accounting cycle and deliver results accordingly.

Work Experience Requirements:-

2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or reporting area preferably with an Indian insurance company.

Should have good understanding of Indian accounting principles and procedures.
